How to edit / update your subscription

To change from an annual subscription to a monthly subscription you need to contact support at [email protected]. 

You can make changes to the following subscription items yourself from the Account > Subscription page.

• Edit the number of additional team members
• Add / remove the Treatment Notes and Patient Forms Addon
• Add / remove the Online bookings, calendar invoicing and payments Addon

The changes listed above can be made using the interactive pricing / update table on the Account > Subscription page. Simply edit the auto calculating form and once you wish to apply those change click on Update Plan.
